Under the auspices of his Nevada Corporation, Gordon Dean Development Corp., Rod Helm has built a reputation as a politically sensitive, strategically thinking, motivational leader whose results consistently exceed his clients' expectations. Rod has quietly and successfully delivered votes, volunteers, grant monies and government contracts for numerous clients. He is also our grant writing workshop instructor.

Over the years, Rod has raised millions of dollars in grants, contracts and in-kind contributions for various agencies. As founder of Southern Nevada's first prepared and perishable food rescue program, Rod was acclaimed as one of Nevada's leading social entrepreneurs. More than just a hired rainmaker though, Rod guides his clients through all phases of the organization and resource development process.

When she's not tending to the firm's accounting, Becky Helm is probably developing another of her signature social programs. From kids to cops, Becky's programs are some of the most widely deployed and respected in the West. Becky holds a Masters degree in education with an emphasis in curriculum and instruction. She's also a highly sought after public speaker and has key-noted events as broad-ranging as the Nevada Governor's Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect, the National Association of Social Workers Critical Issues Conference, and the Alternative Sentencing Convention.

Cathy Rittenhouse is our administrative wonder woman. She keeps our office running smoothly and ensures morale is kept at peak state - no whiners allowed!

Gordon Dean | Gordon Walsh

His friends called him Flash, and with good reason: he was fluent in five languages, served as a U.S. Naval intelligence officer in World War II, earned an accounting degree from Fordham, and went on to become one of the first general contractors to build homes in the original Sun City Phoenix.

Flash passed away some years ago, but he's still in our thoughts. He's the "Gordon" in Gordon Dean, and since he had a great sense of humor, we know he doesn't mind being referred to as, "Our Silent Partner."

Although retired, Dean Helm is anything but dormant. From the comfort of his south Florida citrus empire (three orange trees in the back yard), Dean keeps an eye on Washington, DC and specifically, on legislation that impacts our firm and our clients. And yes, you guessed it, Dean Helm is the "Dean" in Gordon Dean.
